Ticket Policies

• ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the ticketed performance time to receive in-house credit. Exchanges are permitted up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance.
• Late Arrivals – If you’re running late please do your best to call and notify the house manager.  Patrons with dinner reservations who arrive within 15 min of curtain (or later) may not be served.  ALL TABLE SERVICE ENDS 10 MINUTES BEFORE CURTAIN.
• PRIVATE TABLES – Please be aware that patrons not booking an entire table may be seated with other guests.
• If you REQUIRE handicap accessible seating, please call the box office at 303-682-9980.
